For every project, PappaRich has a dedicated team that will assist and guide franchisees through the process of owning a PappaRich franchise. From marketing to management, operations to logistics, the PappaRich Australia team is committed to helping all franchisees operate their outlets effectively. Furthermore, to ensure that franchisees get off to a good start, an intensive training course is provided for at least one month prior to the outlet's opening.

So what are you waiting for? Here are the six easy steps to owning a PappaRich Restaurant! The first step is to enquire and receive an information pack which contains a franchise application form, and a FAQ brochure. Then, a meeting will be arranged for us to meet and determine whether we are a good fit for one another. Next, the franchisee candidate provides their business plan and financial model to PappaRich, followed by the completion of an Expression of Interest (EOI) once PappaRich is satisfied with the information received.

Once the EOI is completed and the deposit paid, PappaRich will provide copies of their Franchise Agreement, Disclosure Document and Franchise Code of Conduct for the candidate to review. Then, site selection will begin, and once the candidate has fulfilled the franchisee selection criteria, they will receive a franchise grant for the lease, franchise agreement, and action! Finally, congratulations on your Grand Opening! PappaRich's team will provide on-site support during the opening weeks and will have occasional visits to check on how you are doing.
